I am running as a write in candidate for the 10th Congressional District of North Carolina as an independent unaffiliated candidate

However, for me to do so I will need you to sign a petition so that I may be an eligible candidate in November, 2010. Below  you will find listed the various counties that make up the 10th Congressional District. Click on the appropriate county that you live in then download the petition, fill it out and return to me no later than June 30, 2010. My address is Tom Millican, 1102 First Ave. S. By signing my petition you are not voting for me but you will be giving me a chance to be in the fight. If you feel as I do that the two party system has failed the American people then it is time to change the way things are done in DC. So, after you have signed the petition ask your friends, neighbors and relatives to sign the petition also. Then send them back to me by June 30^th, 2010.

Please help me right the wrongs of the past 96 years that the two party system has heaped on the heads of the American people by signing my petitions.

Be sure that you are eligible to sign one of my petitions. You are eligible if your US Congressman is McHenry.
